Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@maisonsoffia.com first and we will send you the return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us. See our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, and usually sooner.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, VAT and any import duties are paid by us. For other countries, local import duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer.

Add any 2 items to your bag and 10% is taken off. Add 3 or more and the saving becomes 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Our pieces follow UK sizing. Our Size Guide has body measurements in cm, and product pages list garment measurements when available.
